               Curriculum Guides

These suppliers have developed unique alternatives to traditional curricula. They can be history-based, literature-based, Bible-based or a combination thereof. They can also be unit studies programs, which are oriented around specific topics, often character-based. These curriculum guides offer greater flexibility and lower cost than traditional curricula, but because of their greater "freedom of choice", they often do not pre-package all the teaching materials you need in your home school. You may have to round out your home school curriculum with materials from other suppliers.
