We have not raised registration fees in 18 years but because of rising costs we have been forced to do so this year. Thank you for your understanding.

Pre-Registration by Mail   (if postmarked by Friday, April 8, 2011)

• $  5.00 per child (ages 5 to 20)
• $10.00 per adult (aged 21 and over)
• no charge for children under the age of 5

Door Registration

• $  5.00 per child (ages 5 to 20)
• $20.00 per adult (ages 21 and over)
• no charge for children under the age of 5
  

The registration fee is the same whether you attend one or both days.
The only other fee you will need to pay is parking.

Parking

$5.00 per day. In-and-out privileges. Pay when you arrive.
                          Motor homes = $8.00 per day. No overnights. No hookups.

No Strollers - No Carts - No Wagons- No Wheeled Luggage

Parents may wheel their strollers into the Arlington Convention Center. As soon as they enter, they will be asked to check their strollers in the Check Room and leave them there for the day. When they are ready to leave, they may remove their checked strollers from the Check Room and stroll their little ones out to the parking lot. The same holds true for other wheeled vehicles. Exceptions are made for wheelchairs and other such devices for the disabled.
