Register at the Door
- $ 5.00 per person (ages 2 to 17)
- $10.00 per person (ages 18 and over)
- no charge for infants 23 months or younger
The registration
fee is the same whether you attend
one or both days. The only other fee you will need to
pay is parking.
Parking
$5.00 per day. In-and-out privileges. Pay when
you arrive.
Motor homes
= $8.00 per day. No overnights. No hookups.

We are always in need of volunteers to
help out at the Book Fair. Adults and children
ten and older may volunteer two hours of
their time in exchange for their registration
fees.

No Strollers
- No Carts - No Wagons
No Wheeled Luggage
Parents may wheel their strollers into the Arlington
Convention Center. As soon as they enter, they will
be asked to check their strollers in the Check Room
and leave them there for the day. When they are ready
to leave, they may remove their strollers from the Check
Room and stroll their little ones out to the parking
lot. The same holds true for other wheeled vehicles.
When you arrive at the Book Fair --
If you pre-registered, go to the Pre-Registration
Counters to pick up your nametag and materials.
If you did NOT pre-register, go to the New
Registrations Counter to register and receive your
nametag and materials.
