May 11 and 12, 2012

All early registration is Online now at a discount. Adults registering Online by March 15 will save 50% off the Door price. Adults registering Online by April 13 will save 25% off the Door price. Payment is by credit or debit card. Online Registration closes at midnight on April 13. If you miss Online Registration, you may pay full price at the Door. (Children's prices are the same whether they are registered Online or at the Door.)
Even though a debit or credit card is required for early Online Registration, we do NOT take credit or debit cards at Door Registration. Payments at the Door must be by cash or check only. FYI most of our exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall do take credit or debit cards. Registration fees do NOT include parking or food at the Convention Center.

We are always in need of volunteers to help out at the Book Fair. Adults and children ten and older may volunteer two hours of their time in exchange for their registration fees.
If you pre-registered Online, go to the Pre-Registration Counters to pick up your registration materials.
If you did NOT register Online, go to the New Registrations Counter to pay your registration fee and receive your materials. We do NOT take credit or debit cards at Door Registration. Payments at the Door are by cash or check only.
Store your purchases and other belongings free of charge in the Check Room.
To reduce congestion in the Exhibit Hall and elsewhere, we ask that no wheeled conveyances be used inside the Arlington Convention Center. Parents may wheel their strollers into the Arlington Convention Center. As soon as they enter, they will be asked to check their strollers in the Check Room and leave them there for the day. When they are ready to leave, they may remove their checked strollers from the Check Room and stroll their little ones out to the parking lot. The same holds true for other wheeled vehicles. Exceptions are made for wheelchairs and other such devices for the disabled.
